well, i read your blog colleen, but i dont get that thing you wrote about macaroni.. care to explain?
and, euwy, i read your blog too and once again, you totally missed my joke about the gym...
i went and saw cabaret today.. it was good, i had fun.. satire is the way to go.. everybody has fun until you pull the plug..
i performed my monologue today, i couldnt tell whether it sucked or not..
i had my interview for student justice today, once again, i couldnt tell whether it sucked or not...
and for the umpteenth time, i got a confirmed status on Orientation Leader today.. but im not sure if Ill take it...
Today I learned, I wasnt given the Summer RA position coz the lady thought I didnt want it...
I said Hi to AJ, banged Ms. Feet, lost my keys (twice) and presented my montage film.
Today was an eventful day.
Pulling the plug: I also decided I would out myself as being homosexual. Casey tells me I would get every job I ever applied for.

ah, for posterity: i was discriminated against TWICE.
The first time (Jules says they discriminated) (thanks for being there to save my ass Jules!) : I had a florrr plogram last night (meluvdyslexia.com) and i ordered some Domino's pizza last night. it was rotten bad but no other place was delivering in da snow so I had to settle for dominos. nyway, the pizzza came but the soda didnt... so i was all courteous and nice and told the delivery guy it was okay if he went back and got the soda later... so he went.. but it was a full hour and nothing came.. so i called 'em up and i tell them:
ME: "hey, ya, i ordered 3 Xl pizzas and 3 2litre Sprites about an hour ago.. the pizzas were delivered but the Soda wasnt... i just wanted to know what was going on with that"
WHITE BOY: "Yess, sirr, could you give me your name?"
INDIAN ACCENT: "excuse me?"
WHITE BOY: "u,h, what time did you order your pizza"
INDIAN ACCENT: "about an hour back"
WHITE BOY: "Do you know who delivered it?"
INDIAN ACCENT: "What do you mean "know who delivered it"?"
WHITE BOY: "(slight irritation) I mean, do you know his name?"
INDIAN ACCENT: "No"
WHITE BOY: "Well, then.. I really cant do much about it."
INDIAN ACCENT: (flabbergasted) "uh, i paid for sodas i wasnt given... i can give you teh address he delivered to.. can you check who you gave the order to?"
WHITE BOY: "um, i think i can do that"
IA: "thanks, check for Rowland 202, Ithaca College please"
WB: "yeah.... (in the background) (Neal! Did you deliver to Ithaca College an hour back? Neal: Yeah WB: He didnt get his (freakin') sodas Neal: No man, he got it... no man, whats he saying?)
Neal: Yes
Me: Uh, I didnt get any sodas. You apologized and said you didnt bring the sodas with you... and I said it was okay if you went back and got it..
Neal: No man, i gave you your sodas man. No man!
Me: Are you doing this because I didnt tip you? well, this is for college so I am not allowed to tip you..."
Neal: No man, I gave you your "shit".. what are you saying dude!? (mumbles adn hands fone to white boy)
White Boy: Sir, Ill send you three more sodas with a different driver..
Me: I dont need the 3 "more" sodas.. can you just send me the sodas I paid for?
White Boy: I will.. but it will take a while... All my drivers are on duty.."
Me: Thanks.
Background info: ResLife doesnt allow RAs to tip because they are supposed to get the tax exempt.
Incident 2:
ACCS Beth: Suds, your interview was amazing.. everybody liked you... but we cant give you the job coz you're a freshman... but im sure we can give it to you next year :)
Me: Thanks Beth. Its alright. i totally understand where youre coming from.
Background Info: the forms had no indication that age preference would be given. Plus, I wouldnt have applied if I knew they dont give it to freshman.
